I am grateful for new friends I made on my visit--so many wonderful people I can't believe it! I made like 5 new friends to keep in touch with, one of them lived in Korea for 4 years!!!! Whoa! What serendipity is that, to randomly meet someone at an ashram who also lived in --and loves-- Korea! I am grateful for so much love; love and devotion simply overflows at Yogaville. How can I express the magnitude? Speaking of My Goddess Serendipity: It also helped me keep my heart open to an unexpected surprise in meeting someone very special; a deep connection and special friendship burst out of nowhere and still has me completely wowed and taken aback at the shared connection and energy. I wasn't looking or expecting something like this to occur during my trip, yet something bloomed. Regardless of outcome or distance, I am grateful for this new friendship, so very very grateful. I am so grateful that my heart remains open, despite the pain of the past. Keeping my heart open and loving ensures that doors open and paths make themselves known; those that otherwise I would miss. Keeping my heart open makes me resonate and connect with All and remember we are all One. Keeping my heart open enables me to love all, and not be attached to the return of that love. I can express my love and offer it at face-value, and there it is. Life goes on and Life is good regardless of result. Sigh...smile...bigger smile! Life is great!! I am grateful for my health! My body has flip-flopped and somersaulted the past 8 days! OMG! If you could see the glow! And it was mentioned by several people, my glow, that is! Daily puja and meditation, getting outside Into My World, eating lovingly-prepared vegetarian meals... it all came together! I feel f***ing FANTASTIC! My energy is restored, my desire to move is renewed, my desire for clean food is back! I needed this trip to the ashram soooooo badly! I am so grateful! I can now realize my wish to get back to running and Bikram (I did some trail running during my stay!). And of course, my meditation and asana practice, along with puja, will be restored. I am sooooo grateful for the time I had at Satchidananda's Ashram - Yogaville. Thank you all of you Precious Souls and Lights who serve at the ashram (especially cooks and pujaris!), but to all who were there, I thank you, I love you! And I am especially happy to become close to several wonderful peeps who I can call True Friends: K, P, S, S, J, H, S, C, and M--heartheartheart...Hari Om! Love Love Love! Love is all you need!
