Creamy leek dressing on top of fresh dill, cucumber, and a squirt of fresh lemon juice! I had spent the morning cutting cucumbers and helping meal prep in the ashram kitchen. All I wanted to eat afterward was cucumbers covered in dill, and added some dressing to make a deconstructed Greek tzatziki! And it was the bomb!
