I've begun to accomplish many of the items on my "Plan" list. However, I'd like to begin incorporating evening walks into my schedule. The hardest thing for me to do is exercise at night. Perhaps I need to reframe my concept of an evening walk from "exercise" to "enjoyable, outdoor, leisurely stroll" to accommodate my stubborn or tired mind/body. If I looked at an evening stroll as a time for relaxation and circumspection and outdoor escape, this view might help me move beyond the "I'm too tired to workout" mantra that rolls through my head as the earth spins and the sun seems to move downward.
Today I will engage in my morning yoga routine and practice the new Qi Gong moves. I'm also going to do some research and study for the concall I have for a potential professional development course I am considering for school. There will be a few mundanities to complete during the day, but one I look forward to is preparing 고사리 and 명치 반찬 Gosari and Myeolchi side dishes for my rice 밥 and noodle 면 dishes. I'm also going to attempt to make 짜장면! 맛있어요! Plan
My top priority is to reduce my stress and anxiety so that I can manage my energy better, decreasing energy dissipation and increasing Qi.
