Quick, easy, delish! Pan-sear swordfish steaks in sesame oil after pressing sesame seeds on each side. After fish is cooked to medium (my preference: I like pink inside), remove from pan, leaving oil and extra seeds. Add a few tablespoons of soy sauce and reduce, which brings out the natural sweetness of soy sauce and also makes a thicker sauce. Pour over your fish and enjoy! Add rice and veggies for a healthy and tasty meal! I topped off my fish with kimchi, too!
