...is a Korean Persimmon! The orange fruit on the right is another type of persimmon. These handfuls of sweetness have the texture of a soft tomato, but with much less water (no dripping). They are near the sweetness of jam, but without being overly-sugary. My favorite! The yellow persimmon is less sweet and has the hard texture of a raw potato or apple. I don't like it as much as the red one. YUM!

Try the Busa apple my favorite apple EVER and I have never found one outside of South Korea! Did you know that my son was born in Seoul? Enjoy it! I loved Korea very much
