​     Changing negative self-talk to positive self-talk is probably the best thing you can do to impact not only your health, but your life!  
     This is an excerpt from a fantastic and informative blog written by a nutritionist and backed up with DATA!  There is nothing I love better than health advice that stands firm on valid research!
     Just like you will battle with weight loss if you continually look in the mirror and think: "I'm so fat", or have a hard time finding success in your career if you continually tell yourself: "I'm no good at this"; you also have to tell yourself positive messages about your health!  
    Start each day with the positive affirmation of something like:  "I experience radiant health", or even better, personalize it to your particular health desire!
