It is Day 3 of the New Year, and day 3 of my 365 days of Gratitude and Intention to complete my yoga practice 5x per week. So I'm 1% successful for the New Year, already, LOL
In 2018, I intend to get my yoga practice back on track by performing asana, pranayama, and meditation consitently again: 5 days each week. in addition, 3 days of other forms of exercise, walking, running, cycling, whatever! So today I'm grateful to be on Day 3 and I'm grateful for a great first day at school, increased clarity, action, agency, power, energy, and vivid dreams!
